Descripción del trabajo
Immediate opening for an energetic, self-motivated, results driven, customer service oriented, Senior Network Administrator, to join our IT Hardware and Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in network architecture, can trouble shoot network issues, VLan defiencies, switch and server installations and configurations, a working knowledge in the Citrix and VMware environment, network administration, and infrastructure project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Calificaciones
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related fields. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
- 5+ Years Networking Experience
- Firewalls – Cisco ASA, SonicWall
- Routers & routing protocols – NAT, OSPF, BGP
- Switching – strong VLAN experience
- IP Addressing, Subnetting
- T1, MPLS, etc.
- Remote Access, VPN.
- 3+ Years Virtualization Technologies – VMWare VSphere preferred
- 3+ Years Storage Administration – SAN, NAS
- EMC preferred
- Fibre Channel, ISCSI.
- 5+ Years Microsoft Active Directory Server Administration
- Windows Server Administration
- File, Folder, Share Security.
- 5+ Years Microsoft Exchange Server Administration.
- 5+ Years Windows Client Support.
- Internet Information Services Administration.
- Microsoft Cluster Server.
- Backup & Recovery Technologies.
- Must be available to work the occasional evening, weekend and/or holiday on-call.
The Ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experience:
- Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention Concepts.
- Multi-Site Active Directory Domain Administration.
- Cloud Initiatives (Amazon Web Services, Google Drive, etc).
- Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity concepts, planning.
- Macintosh Active Directory Clients.
- Linux / Apache Server Administration.
- Oracle, SQL Database Administration and Business Intelligence Server Maintenance.
